Healing Breathwork

Because breathing is automatic, it is easy to take it for granted.
Few people are fully aware when their breathing rate and rhythm changes, especially when they're under stress. We now know that conscious breathing is the most important thing we can do for our health, regardless of exercise and diet. That is truly an amazing statement.

Breathing techniques have always been part of meditation, martial arts and other healing modalities. In western civilization there been little awareness of the power of breath until recently, when used as part of stress management programs and some alternative work.

What is Healing Breathwork?
Healing Breathwork is a method of complete, circular breathing which quickly and safely gets in touch, and releases, our deepest emotions ( without the paralysis of analysis). The release integrates our emotions producing a blissful healing state, leaving the client feeling totally relaxed, working on a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and cellular level.
